5. Coaching Sessions

5.1 Booking

Coaching sessions are booked through our website or as agreed directly.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

Sessions cancelled with 24 hours notice may be rescheduled
Sessions cancelled after that time may be charged in full

5.3 Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

Actively participate
Be honest and open
Take responsibility for their progress and actions

6. Payments

Products and services may be purchased using WooCommerce and trusted payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store credit card details.

Payment must be completed before accessing digital products, courses, or coaching services.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7.2 Courses

Refunds depend on the individual course policy (if stated on the sales page). If no refund policy is listed, the course is non-refundable once access is granted.

7.3 Coaching

Refunds are not given for completed sessions. Packages may follow their own terms, stated on the purchase page.
